The service
Clinify (clinify.ca) is a practice management tool for therapists and clinics: appointment scheduling, client booking links, secure video sessions, Google Calendar sync, and invoicing. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Clinify only for lawful purposes related to managing your practice. You may not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it to send spam or unlawful communications. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your clients to store their information in the service.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Clinify. Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Clinify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is an administrative tool and does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
